the gratitude jar: a tiny ritual for big energy shifts + manifesting with intention

✨This tiny jar holds big energy shifts. As promised, here’s my little ol’ gratitude jar. I keep this in my art studio and use it as a “book end” for all of my tarot and oracle cards✨

➡️ How to? It’s really simple, just jot down what you’re grateful for at the moment and pop it in the jar.

What I love about this practice is two-fold:

1) It’s a great way to start your day with intention, or even as a reset in the afternoon when you’re feeling stuck (or just overwhelmed with life-ing😅).

Sometimes I’ll write a little gratitude note before I paint or work on my business, and it really helps me reset my energy and get into the right mindset.

2) Going back to read these little love notes can be really special and also serve as an energetic ‘reset’.

I usually date them and write very specific things that might have happened on that particular day, so it’s a real treat to go back and read random little micro memories of gratitude (I especially love reading the notes that my daughter wrote when she was basically scribbling).

It’s like a time capsule of joy and a soul-anchoring of moments. A tangible reminder of the abundance that already exists in our lives, even on the messy, hard, or creatively blocked days.

When we tap into gratitude first, we’re no longer creating from a place of scarcity, stress, or fear... but from love, presence, and possibility. We become energetically aligned💫.

As a mama, a creative, and a coach, this is one of the simplest ways I reset my nervous system and reconnect with my intuition and higher wisdom.

So if you’re craving more creative rituals like this - ones that weave together creativity, self-healing, and manifestation...or if you’re navigating a life transition, creative block, or just feeling a little “off”, I encourage you to try this.

YOUR TURN: Tell me one tiny moment that made you smile today, think of this comment section as our collective gratitude jar🥰

And if you start your own jar, be sure to tag me so I can see and celebrate with you!💖

Much love and gratitude from the ethers,
xo-dez
