creative prompts to help you start your own gratitude art journal
There’s no one way to reflect, but there is a way that feels sacred. As the year comes to an end, I’ve been sitting with the quiet wins. The ones that don’t show up
in your inbox or on your calendar…But your soul knows them. And your whole body exhales when you remember.
This creative ritual is how I stay present with it all. Motherhood, business, the art, the being. I invite you to do the same 🥰
Art journaling with gratitude at the center of it all can help you:
✨ Ground into what matters
✨ Celebrate the small moments
✨ Clear space for more abundance to flow in
And as a reminder, you don’t need a perfect setup. You can journal in the car while waiting for your kiddo to finish soccer practice, at the (messy) kitchen table, or with a toddler dancing
beside you. Even crayons and sticky notes will do.
Creative rituals don’t have to be quiet to be sacred. TRUST ME 🤪 We mother and mother some more, breathing through chaos and wild moments. And somehow,
through it all, we keep showing up with HEART - between snacks, spreadsheets, dishes, and all. I see you. And I hope you take those micro moments to see yourself beautiful self, too! 💫
With love and creative bliss,
xo-dez 🙏✨
