Mandala Meditations: A Three-Week Painting Journey
Mandalas have been used for centuries, in some sort of form or fashion, by different cultures and religions throughout the world. It is represented by a circle, which is a symbol for life, and the creation of mandalas have been used as a form of meditation, ritual, healing, inspiration, and self-expression.You will create your very own unique mandala painting, using a simple, step-by-step process. You will also explore the benefits of meditation and relaxation, while exercising your creative mind and embracing present moment awareness. At the end, you will have designed a unique mandala design that is yours to keep!

You're invited! Please join me in an online creative workshop, where we will use words and images to tap into our heart's truest desires. Vision boarding is an inspiring process that helps you envision your dreams, manifesting things such as: Health, Money, Love, and perhaps, your true Purpose in life. In order to create the changes you’d like to see in your life, it’s nice to dream and fantasize about your goals, and even better to MANIFEST, BELIEVE and FOLLOW THROUGH with what your heart truly desires. We'll also delve into how we can take ACTION to make our sweetest dreams come true.
The Empress Tarot - Online Painting Class
This lesson was released as part of The Festival of Feminine Power & Artistry and is now available as a stand-alone class. Create a painting inspired by The Empress archetype from Tarot decks.
You will create a painting using sacred symbols while applying layers of intention with acrylic paints. No art experience is needed! I will guide you step-by-step through my creative process, including how to paint a portrait. See you on the inside!

A "hybrid" online summit and online course. with 21 different painting workshops, taught by 21 different Creatively Fit Coaches and a few Special Guests. You get to explore your own Feminine Power + Artistry, as each featured teacher shares how she is connecting to her Feminine Power + Artistry, which invites you into a more profound knowing of who you are and what makes you SO awesome!
Each of the 21, approximately 60-minute workshops, explores an aspect of Feminine Power + Artistry, and/or a specific Goddess who represents a pantheon of Feminine Power + Artistry.
