From kelp to feathers…FLOW to FREEDOM.

I focused on this painting during an Open Studio session I led today, holding sacred space as we tuned into our Creative Frequency.

We explored the patterns that show up - on the canvas and in life. How they weave in and out of our lives. How they shape our beliefs. And how they eventually lead us to transformation.

There are five feathers in this piece, aligned with my life path number in numerology. 💫

Your life path number is calculated by adding all the numbers in your birthdate together until you get a single digit.

For example:
Of your birthdate is July 28, 1983, you’d add:

➡️ 7 + 2 + 8 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 3 =38

➡️ 3 + 8 =11

➡️ 1 + 1 =2

So your life path number would be 2: the number of harmony, intuition, and connection.
