SOLSTICE is upon us…sending sweet, sweet blessings your way as we shift into new seasons. What plans do you have coming up and what are you celebrating this season?

I’m celebrating the launch of Rise Above Motherhood, an online painting experience dedicated to all of the beautiful Mamas who pour their hearts out into raising little humans (and not-so-little humans)!!

I know deep in my heart how much of ourselves we give to our families and also know how the day-to-day grind can wear our souls out. I’d love to support and CELEBRATE all that you’ve accomplished at this halfway mark of the year and invite you in to PAUSE for some creative self-care.
