As we enter 2022, what things, ideas, beliefs do you wish to let go of? Things that no longer serve your best and highest good?
I ask you to zoom out and look at the bigger picture...as if your soul, your higher consciousness, was looking down at your human form with the utmost compassion and understanding. What wisdom would she/he present to you? What new intentions do you have moving forward for 2022?

2) Gather your favorite art supplies to create and connect with your sacred symbol. Grab your art journal, a fresh canvas, watercolors, acrylic paints, mixed media supplies, etc…whatever you feel is calling to you!
3) Join me live streaming via YouTube on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022 at 11:11am so that we can paint together!
