Once you book your session:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details
• You’ll be invited to complete a short intake form
• You’ll have space to reflect on what you’d like support with

From there, we’ll meet for your session and begin the process of creating clarity, alignment, and forward movement.

Together, we’ll explore your core desires, notice any creative blocks that come up, and identify the next steps that feel meaningful for you. Along the way, we’ll gently uncover any limiting beliefs or obstacles that might be holding you back, so you can open up to receive what you truly desire in your life and creative work. After each session, you’ll leave with positive affirmations to capture in your journal and clear, aligned action steps to move you forward.
