Here is the first spread in my new art journal for the year. (CLICK HERE If you need inspiration on how to choose the right journal you’ll love). I intended to share on the Lunar New Year, and then life happened, and now here we are, which is perfect actually, because I pulled a card and Temperance is what was revealed: balance, slowing down, equilibrium, patience, and listening to your intuition as you move forward from one phase on through the next.

I chose to connect to the feminine aspect of emotions, her hair flowing like water, with the sun radiating behind her crown, lighting the way and supporting her on her new path.

I hope this serves as inspiration for your creative journey in the year to come. I know it’s already February and if you’re anything like me, I’m sure some of you still have some aspects of yourself stuck in 2022 and finally coming up for air…just me??
