I am excited to announce that I am joining Whitney Freya and our team of Creatively Fit Coaches and the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) in a scientific study of how transformative practices influence interconnectedness, well-being, and intuition.
You are invited to join us for a special 22 Day TARA Painting Meditation Challenge starting August 1st that is just for this study! Tara is known as the Goddess of Compassion and Protection, and we will study the transformational aspects of Tara at the canvas.
Participants in this special 22 Day Tara Painting Meditation Challenge sessions are qualified to help IONS Discovery Lab change how we understand human potential, how we understand the nature of reality, and who we are as humans in this interconnected reality.

If you choose to participate by enrolling HERE, you will complete TWO surveys. The first survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete BEFORE the challenge and a second survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete AFTER the challenge.

There is NO painting experience necessary.
