So, I kind of cheated today, and found this photo from our trip to the (incredibly beautiful) Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona. We were lucky enough to see world-renowned artist, CHIHULY's gorgeous garden installations - he is famously known for his intricate life-sized glass sculptures.

This photo is, obviously, not one of his sculptures, but was a quiet little oasis, as we stopped under the shade to rest a moment, before we headed back out the gardens. The lovely silhouettes are as follows, right to left: Kalae (my lil' brother), Suzy (my beautiful mom), and Brendon (my dear hubby).

What I love about this photo is, not only the beautiful soft reflections of my family, but the little coins that have settled into the bottom of the fountain. Those coins are a reflection of other people's wishes, something deep inside their hearts that they desired right at that moment in time.

Simplicity at it's best. What a beautiful thing.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU STOPPED TO PONDER AND QUIETLY REFLECT WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED ON THE INSIDE? DO YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO DREAM A LITTLE DREAM EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE? WHEN YOU MAKE A WISH AT A FOUNTAIN DO YOU KEEP THAT WISH CLOSE AND SACRED TO YOUR HEART? DO YOU SHARE IT WITH OTHERS? PLEASE SHARE YOUR INSIGHTS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW.
