Aloha Creative Peeps!!

I hope you were able to catch the two creatively blissful and incredibly power-loaded summits that I was honored to be a part of in January. Good stuff!!

Now, we're in full swing with 'Mandala Meditations: A 3-Week Painting Journey', and I have a beautiful group of souls painting away and playing with their creative muse.

One of our warm-up exercises was to just doodle (you know how much I love doing that), and seriously, it's addicting. And a perfectly simple way to zone-in and quiet your mind.

Anyways, I was thinking of sharing with you some of the fancy tools I like to use in my studio. Perhaps, you have some fave drawing materials, too! Here are some of my favorite technical pens I like to use for quick sketches, journaling, creating designs, and illustration work.

CLICK PLAY TO WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW.

HOT TIP: If you are new to using technical pens for drawing, and you are afraid that you are going to 'mess up', now is the perfect time to let go of perfectionism. Practice, practice, practice drawing simple lines, shapes, and textures in your sketchbook...well, basically, DOODLE! Have fun with it, and your confidence in having ink your hand will increase as you get used to making marks in your journal.

MUCH LOVE AND CREATIVE BLISS - xoxo

IN THE COMMENTS BELOW, PLEASE SHARE YOUR FAVORITE DRAWING TOOLS - OR IF YOU ARE NEW AT THIS SKETCHING STUFF, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO GET OVER THE FEAR OF MAKING THAT FIRST MARK IN YOUR JOURNAL?
