Draw a mandala.

Start at the center.

Use simple lines and shapes.

Work your way out.

And breathe...

I know what you're thinking, "Wow, Des, you must have a lot of time on your hands..."

Actually, I don't.

But, I make the time. To create. Because for me, it really is like breathing.

Zenning out on doodles and such is my go-to --- my escape from all the to-lists, the deadlines, the , that makes life kinda nuts.

It calms me down. Clears my mind. And helps me get back to into focus.
